I am using crystal reports version 6.5. what I would like to do is put the path to and file name in the report footer. without have ing to insert a text file and entering it. I do not have the option to insert a special field path and file name is there a formula or another way of doing this? I appreciate any responses. thank you .

That feature is not available in that version. If you are calling the report from an application, you could get the report path and name, and pass that into a formula. Malcolm Wynden
