putting multiple items in basket ?

hi we use miva primarily as a shopping basket, we have written a flash application where purchasers can select up to 3 items ie fire fireplace hearth each with its own product code, we want to put a buy now button in the flash application that when pressed takes them to the shopping basket in miva with the 3 products in there, can this be done without a specialist module? who writes one off modules?
