putting a file on a created folder

i have a problem, do u have any samples for creatin a folder and u could insert all ure database into that created folder? but i could create lots of folder and i could redirect the file to where i want them to place at?

i have 2 tables....


1 for uploading files.

1 for putting hyperlinks


so if i kinda put them in the same folder that i created would it be possible?
