Putting a call directly to voicemail

We have a realitis rev8 and DX Mail.

Does anyone know how I can put a call straight to voicemail rather than waiting for it to ring until the voicemail automaticaly picks it up.

We're using an older version (6.3) but I would have thought you could just divert the extension immediately to the hunt group that your mail card/device sits on ?

Ours for example is 700 so if I put my phone on divert to 700 it goes straight to voicemail. Never rings. This can be done at the phone or using the RID command.
