Putlook will not open attachment

Hi all I have been sent a exe file from a source I know well that I'm currrently doing some betat teasting for BUT Outlook (2002) will not allow me to open is saying in the yellow warning box

Outlook has block access to this possible unsate atttachment how do I get (open the attachment).

I have treid forwarding it but it does not forward the attachment with the email, any ideas?
