Put tool tip on image 1

I have a form and I have put an image on the form. The image is of "help" icon. I believe it is called IcoHelp. I want to add a tool tip to the IcoHelp image. How do I do it?

Under the properties, other tab, ControlTip Text

And, as you asked in a VBA forum:
Me!IcoHelp.ControlTipText = "Your tip message here"

Can you describe exactly what you are doing and Access version? There appears to be several cases when this does not function. Try googling
"controltiptext access not working"

This works fine for me in Access 2007, in a single form view with and unbound image.
