Put data into a grid

I have a report that has all the displayed data in the group 1 header, with the detail section hidden.

Now that I have the data right, I would like it all to show up in a grid, similar to what I would get out of Excel.

I know I can do this manually by putting a border around all four sides of each field, but I'm not liking how that looks.

Is there a better way?
 
Check Crosstabs, they do just that.
