Pushing calls through scripts

How would it be possible for us to get agents to transfer a call directly in to a script without using a cdn (we have reached full capacity, so cant provide an alternative) the call will then pass from this script to another (which does have a cdn assigned to it) where the call is then queued.

Any Ideas?

Create a phantom extension and add to the IDC table which you can then forward to a CDN of your choice or create a ACD and NCFW to your CDN,
