I am looking for a way to push a legal banner to multiple systems each time they are booted without having to put the banner on the local system. We have been having a problem with the Windows Write Delay Fail on our WinXP systems and if I can get the way the legal banner is put on the systems I may be able to resolve the issue. Currently the legal banner is pushed into the registry the first time the system hits the domain and then remains there. I am not the network technician and do not control the server, but would like to make an informed suggestion regarding this issue. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
