Pure ASP Upload HELP!

Hi i've got the pure ASP upload example from PSTRUH. It works fine but i need to change the destination path to include a number that comes from a form on another ASP any ideas? I can change the path by typing in a new address in the utilities.inc file but not by doing things like request("xxxxx")
