Purchasing CR 7 Pro Edition

Does anyone know if it is still possible to purchase CR 7 Pro edition? I have clients who want to use it in order to escape the draconian Crystal Broadcast License (CBL) issue in place since version 8. Does anyone know whether CBL is any better in CR 9?
