How do you set PW to send an email to a person who approves in the workflow.

That is not an Accpac module, contact the company who wrote the software.

I know that module, and it doesn't do that. Why would the approver need an email? He should know what he just did.

The email is for the next person in the workflow i.e if there are several approvers ,to notify them that there is a pending requisition that they need to approve.
