Hello,

Is it possible to:

1- P/O Purchase Order Entry : Display the Items SORTED by ITEM NUMBER (in sted of sorted as order entered)? If so how ?

2- What part of the crystal report that prints out the PO would I need to modify to ALSO sort by ITEM Number ?

2. The sort order is determined by the grouping on the report, and the line number is part of the group - so the short answer is no it cannot be sorted by item number.

Using a macro you can have the PO lines re-sorted when the PO is being saved. It's beyond the technical level on this forum to get into the 'how' but your Accpac dealer should be able to do that or contact a developer who can. This would also satisfy your second request.
