Hi Friends,
How are you all?

Is there any way we can see the Purchase Order # and Sales Order # in the same report? The purpose is for customer service who can answer if a customer calls for the status of their sales order.
Let me explain in detail:
1.Our customer orders an Item and we dont have in stock. So we place an order with our vendor. Usually it takes 8-10 weeks for our Items to come in. Our customer asking for the items after 8 weeks. If we have a report that includes

1.Item No 2.Sales Order No 3.Quantity Ordered 4.Quantity Shipped 4.Purchase Order No. for that Item 5.Quantity Shipped by the vendor 6.Quantity on Back Order with the vendor

Have a Good Day to all of you.
Rick

Go into Invoice Data Entry. Click the lookup for Invoice Number. In the lower left corner of the lookup screen there is a CUSTOM button. Click Custom and you'll be able to create a new lookup where you can add both the SO # and PO # to your invoice lookups.

Thanks for the help. But I am sorry I think I didnt make my idea clear to you. What I am looking for is:
A report which consists of the following fields:

Sales Order #(Created by MAS200)
Purchase Order #(Our Customer's Purchase Order Number)
Filled Quantity:
Back order Quanity:
Our Purchase Order #(The Purchase order we place with our Vendor)
Our Purchase Order Date:

This helps our customer service because when ever our Customer asks for his Order status, we can tell them promptly by looking at the report such as

How much is on Back Order and
When we placed an Order with our vendor?

We were using Peachtree and some how in Peachtree, Our Purchase Order with Vendor is not connected with Sales Order of Our Customer. This was a big draw back.

Now we have MAS200. Could you please help us in giving an idea how we can map this. We are just in the begining phase of our MAS200 implementation. Sorry for asking the basic questions.

Have a Nice day.
Rick
