Purchase order footer notes

I am looking for some help with entering purchase order notes.
I need to enter footer notes to the end of the purchase order HELP the only answer that I get is to enter a "dummy" part number

You have to go into Form Designer as add the notes to the form. Is this standard text that you want to print or would it change with each PO??

There is zero need to enter a dummy PO. If you are using PO line comments or PO Header comments (Not Notes, Notes are a different animal) you can enter up to 999 lines of comments and it prints on the PO automatically.

If you are entering comments and struggling with this you need to enter work on your form design in System manager under form designer.

There are multiple ways of entering lines of description on a PO, SO, Shop Order, etc. System Notes, Order Comments or Item Note Text are all valid. Please confirm and clarify what you are doing. Software Sales, Training and Support for Macola, Crystal Reports and Goldmine
