I am mainly a user of Tivoli products, and Tivoli have announced that their ServiceDesk suite is to be sold to Peregrine.
Does anyone have any information on Peregrines intentions with the products? How about their support for Tivoli customers?
The ServiceDesk suite is now a good and complete helpdesk system, and if Peregrine want to combine it in with their offering then that will be a good future; however if it is just to take the competetive product out of the marketplace then that will be a shame.
