Hi,

I've made a new database but when I try to log in I get the following error:
Error accessing PRODUCT_USER_PROFILE
Warning: Product user profile information not loaded!
You may need to run PUPBLD.SQL as SYSTEM

So, obviously I try to start this script with the users system but get the following error:

SQL> @pupbld
SP2-0310: unable to open file "pupbld.sql"

What's the problem here?

When you issue the command, are you in the directory containing the script? If not, go there first an then issue your SQL command.

The problem is that you don't specify a path to pupbld.sql and it's location is not listed in SQL_PATH variable.
