We have a database with employees that have multiple employee numbers because their status has changed from temp to permanent employee.
What I want to do is create a group by name and list only employees with 2 or more employee numbers.
How can I count just the ones with duplicates?
Employee Attributes used in Report:
First and Last Name
Employee Number (might have duplicates)
Location Number (might have duplicates)
City, State (might have duplicates)
38,000 records in table

I'm just looking over previous posts as I havn't logged on for a few days, I think I can help.

Create report
group by Employee name
for fullname create a formula like : firstname&" "&lastname
create a count summary based on the name field
suppress detail and put fields in group footer
in format section of the group footer click on x2 by suppress and choose the count field and put
<2

let me know how you got on. Reebo
