Pulling data from SQL database into forms...

hey all...Im pulling data into an ACrobat form from a SQL database. all the data comes over perfectly in the respective fields but the FIRST NAME, LAST NAME, and Middle Initial field does NOT come over SOMETIMES. Sometimes it comes over just fine, other times 3 fields are completly empty. Any idea what to check since it happens sporatically?
