Thanks in advance for your help.

Crystal Decisions Version 8.5
Pulling in Data from Forefront Job Costing Financial Systems , Btrieve

Details Section In Crystal Contains a Field Called VN_Payment_History. Payment Amount
This field contains Credits, Debits, and Zero Amounts, this field is keyed off of an invoice number

This is Payment Amount field Subtotaled by Check Number

I want to create a formula to only have the detail section and subtotal amount print, if the Subtotal amount (by Check Number) is => than $5000.00

Can you help?

I would be very grateful.

Lisa

You could use the group Record Selection formula at the Check level to filter out these rows.

or

You can create a summary of the field and use that formula in the suppress for each section (right click each section, select format section->X-2 next to suppress).

Use something like:

sum ({VN_Payment_History.Payment Amount}, {VN_Payment_History.CheckNumber}) < 5000

Greetings,

I have a question about the Supress Formula, do I select the Blank Section or No Drill Down?

Thank You So Much
