First, I'm new to Remedy development, so please patronize me. I'm trying to design a filter on a Change Control form that will "Run If" it's an Emergency change and the change needs to be approved by specific approvers. I can make it work by hard coding the list of names from the "approvers" field on CHG:ChangeJoinAPDetailSig but I'd rather not do that, for obvious reasons.

Is it possible to compare a field on one form with a field on another form without creating a join form?

Hopefully this question makes sense, Thanks in advance.

You could do a set fields with a lookup on the other form or use $GROUPs$ in the Run IF
