Hello All,

With out using a third party software program is there a way to pull call records from a specific extension? This call would have occured nearly a week ago.

Thanks,

L

You really need to have some sort of CAS (Call accounting system) in place to do this. Some here have played around with the raw data from the CDR and a few have even made it work. But the calls (without a CAS) are stored in a buffer in the switch. Then they are overwritten once the buffer is full. This is why the CAS stores the data for you to look at later.
