We have a scenario, where the public can raise a request by visiting the web site. The submitted request will be sent as an email and will be received by the Lotus Notes email server.

Is it possible to know the attributes that will be caught by the mail server? For example, FROM/TO address, Subject, received date etc.,

Thanks in advance,
Barath

Hello,
I would go with a Mail-in Database. This should allow your web server to centralize the messages and also provide you with the ability to manipulate the messages once deliverd. How? Not really to sure, just know that it's commonly used for that purpose.
Just an idea...

Rgds,

John Judge
