Pulling a #Name? error on form

Here is what I have in a text box and I'm pulling #Name? error when I view. Any help would be great. Thanks in advance.

=IIf([Accounts Subform].[Form].[RecordsetClone].[RecordCount]=0,0,[Accounts Subform].[Form]![Balance])
