Pull up Property Sheet of form in Design view.

I did a re-install of Access 2010. There is no longer the little black box on the upper left hand corner of my form in design view.
I want to be able to click that button to pull up my Property sheet.

How do get that "little black button" to reappear?

I have no idea where the black box you're referring to went, but did you try right-clicking the form detail section and selecting Properties? It'll get you where you want to go...
