Im hoping someone could help me with this. I currently have people send me lists of loan numbers in which they want certain data out the database for these loan numbers. Currently, I take the list of loan numbers concatenate quotes and commas and pull the data out 1000 at a time (crystal wont let me do more than that) and vlookup to my list of loan numbers the data they are looking for. Is there a better way to do this?? Sometimes I have 15,000 + that I have to do this for. Is there anyway to have crystal look at my list of loan numbers and create a report based on this?

Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks,
KIM

Could you copy the list into a column in Excel? In Excel, you could then go to Tools->Seagate Crystal Report Wizard and set up a Crystal Report (use the edit option). Then when the Crystal report opens with the Excel loan number as a field, insert a subreport which uses your usual datasource and add the informational fields you want to display. Link the subreport to the main report by the loan number.
