This is an excel question, I'm hoping that an Access user will be proficient in using excel. Essentially I'm trying to build a spreadsheet and I want to have pull down menu's on some of the cells that fill in the value, e.g. one column is for Quantity, and I want the user to be able to only enter a value (between 25-200 in 25 increments) and all I can think of is to store this in a pull down menu...is this possible in Excel.
Thank you in advance to anyone who can help.

Hi!

You can create a combo box in Excel, but it has been a while since I tried it. If I remember correctly, you need to create an Excel form and link it to the spreadsheet where your formulas are located. On the form you can add a pull down(combo box) box and link it's row source to a cell range to get your choices. You can then bind it to the cell where you want to store the information. There should be some good information in the help files, look for form controls.
