I am not sure if this can be accomplished, but this is the problem. The design wanted on a form is a pull down menu <combobox> with about 5 choices, then 3 of those choices that you can make have a pull down menu. But each of the 3 choices, do not have the same options. I thought if i made a table with fields for each of the 3 choices, containing a lookup list with the options. But i have never heard of a pulldown menu within a pull down menu. Am i on the right track???
Thanks in advance for any help offered!

I don't think you can do that with a combo box. You can probably make your own custom menu that pops up when the form opens, and can pop the values that you want into the desired control.

So i think the best way for me to acoomplish this would be to just hyphenate the choices. ANd put all this in one field with the lookup wizard using all the options.
