I am needing to pull a current price for a certain part number from Great Plains into a certain cell in Excel. I am not sure if this can be done, and if so how to complete the formula. Can anyone help? All of the part numbers and prices are located on the same "screen" in Great Plains but to complicate matters I would also need to ensure I have the latest price which is found by the date on the page in Great Plains.

Does this make ANY sense at all?

What you want is a query to that database, using Data > Import External Data > New Database query...

You must have a DRIVER configured for this database in Start > Settings > Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Data Source (ODBC) - System DSN Tab -- ADD before you can query.
