Puling a call back from voicemail 1

Can the IPO pull a call back from voicemail to be answered by a live party?

I am aware of Call Screening but that is only if the phone is idle. "This function is used to enable or disable call screening. While enabled, when a caller is presented to the user's voicemail mailbox, if the user's phone is idle they will hear through the phone's handsfree speaker the caller leaving the message and can select to answer or ignore the call. "

I am looking for a short code or function where if the user is on the phone can can't get to the second line appearance, they can grab the caller (while in voicemail) and pull them back to the extension.

The ATAC guys think we can but can't remember how
