Puchasing M/S Office 2003

I have seen numerous websites that are sellling Office 2003 for low prices. They say they are OEM versions with no doc and no MS suppport available. They say they are legally selling these copies (all authentication info is included).
Wondering if this is legit ?
I take OEM to mean a hardware company selling systems that come preloaded.
Any assurances would be appreciated, as I need to purchase 10 copies and would not like to have to pay full price for all.

OEM versions should only be sold with hardware. But hardware is not exactly defined. So you could buy a copy with a new cd-drive for example and this would be OK. However, being OEM means that the software house doesn't support the product, and you would have to go back to the original supplier for support (good luck with that). Personally, i would prefer to buy the full product without hardware and only OEM when I buy a new computer and know they supplier can give proper support.

OEM is fine as long as you don't need support.
For Office I would think it is ok.

As for you 10 licenses.
