Publishing RSS feeds in Server 2012 Remote Desktop

Hi All,

We're about to upgrade our 2003 Terminal Server environment to Server 2012. As part of that we would like to able to publish company news to our users desktops via RSS or similar. Does anyone have any suggestions on the best way to do that and how to go about implementing it?
