Publishing Reports on Web (Can't Print the Report)

I am using Crystal 8.5 to publish my reports on the web using the Crystal Management Console. The report comes up in the Crystal Viewer, however, when I try to print (using the printer icon), only the first page comes out (and the web address, etc. header and footers come out also).

Can I print all pages from the printer icon and not have the web headers and footers come out? X-)

I found one way around it. I did an export to a PDF file and then printed out my report. It printed out great, but that's a lot of trouble for a user.

Which print button did you use? The Crystal button or the browser button?

I had to use the Browser Button because I could not find a Print Button from Crystal.
