Publishing on Server, Business Views and Security

Hi to All:

I have created many reports and used help from this excellent site (Thank you once again!). My work was only in designing, developing reports, not publishing and managing of accounts. Now, there is another challenge. The client wants to make

Configuration of the Crystal Application Server XI software
Set up the Business Views and Security
Re-write or re-use 3 existing reports created in Crystal 9 to Crystal Application Server

I did not find any info in FAQs. Please suggest the good documentation that can be helpful.
