Hi all,

I'm trying to publish IE 6 and wish to set default options such as home page, proxy settinges etc for my users. At the moment there is no default proxy and my users are unable to browse. If I logon with admin priveleges and launch the app I can modify the proxy settings and browse successfully. How do I change the default settings for my users?

Thanks in advance,

Scowla :)

Hi there...

If you are using Active Directory then seriously consider configuring a Group Policy Object to configure your Internet Explorer settings.

You could copy it to the default profile and settings would be kept but your best option is to use group policy in active directory. Do google searches for "mandatory profiles" to see how to do the first option.
