One of our clients is a bank, which has tight restrictions on Web Access. A few users need access to a third party web site and will be coming through our Citrix Server. Metaframe 1.8 windows 2000 (not a domain) We are using Nfuse to distribute published apps. When I publish Iexplorer it works great. The sight though used alot of active X controls. When they try to run I get a "active X component cant create object. all the settings are correct. If a user gets a desktop it works fine. Even with Admin Rights it seems you can not write any ActiveX controls. Does anyone have a work around?

Thanks

In the published app., do people still get there IE temp settings put in correctly? Sounds like it can't write to the folder that saves the active x components.

Thats what is confusing. Even as Admin you get the same error. Im thinking that ICA security settings are different for Published apps vs an Active Desktop. Something built in to provide some security to prevent malicious code from being executed. I would still like some clarification.
