There is a drive everyone uses in my company. I am trying to publish that drive so everyone can have it when they log into citrix. I have mapped it and placed a shortcut of the mapped drive on the desktop. I have then published the shortcut in citrix CMC. I see the published drive but get an error. The error is "P Drive" failed to start. The citrix server is unable to process your request to start this published application.
What is the best way to bring a drive to an end user?

This may not be exactly what you're looking for, but for our TeleWork system I make a copy of explorer and just call it PubExplorer.exe and place it in a directory with shared program resources, then publish it as an application. People lauch it and get an explorer window with whatever script end up running, ie mapped drives, printers, and configurations. I use GPO to remove the local server drives and that way the user has a nice explorer window with just the options I want to give them, drive mappings, their local drives for copying, and they can even launch applications seamlessly.

It works out very well.

We use a Citrix server for Training and they use the Personal files are on the V drive I publish iexplore -e v: so if you change v: to P: that should work
