Publishing an InfoPath form to a SharePoint Site

I designed a form on my laptop computer using InfoPath 2003. I then attempted to puiblish it to my company's SharePoint portal web site. I get the following error:
"InfoPath cannot create a new, blank form. You cannot fill out forms based on this form template because the file has been copied or moved from its published location. (c:\documents and settings\administrator\desktop\developer Info.xsn). You can resolve this problem by opening the original form template from its published location."
I want to be able to open the template inside the portal not from my desktop.
