Publishing a VB 2008 Project

Is it possible to use a specially created Face-Book Group for the destination of
a published Visual Basic 2008 project instead of a normal web-site ? An FB Group
is after all a web-site. When I try it from my home PC I encounter a message about
missing Front-Page extensions.
