Publishing a movie TROUBLE !!!!!! Please Help

I am making a cd-rom yearbook using flash mx. I have published the movie many times before, and it has worked just fine!! But now when I publish the file, it pops up as a blank white screen!!! What is the problem???
I'm on my 40 th layer, and on the 55th point on the timeline! What is wrong?

I had the same problem sometimes and found that the defalt
player reverted back to Flash 4. I use Falsh MX. I just have to go and open it with my Flash 6 player.
