Is there any program for macintosh OSX that can read publisher files?

And is there any plugins for Indesign or Quark that could make it able to read publisher files(.pub)?

Publisher has a save-for-service-provider type of feature. Have the supplier use this to create a postscript file that you can place in your Quark or InDesign document.
