Publisher Web Linked Images Problems

I am building my first website using Publisher 2003. I want to link the images instead of embedding them so I'm using code fragments to do that. My friend will be hosting the site for me and we don't want to link via the URL. We want to link via an images file that will be on the server. For some reason, only the images on my home page are showing up. Anyone have any ideas what's going on?
