Publisher showing status "Not Found"

We are currently running 3.3(5). Two months ago we upgraded from 3.3(4). We have a Publisher, CCM1, and 2 (two) Subscribers, CCM2 & CCM3. Yesterday we noticed that Phones registered to CCM2 or CCM3, show a Status of "Not Found" on Call Manager 1, (CCM1). Conversely, Phones registered to CCM1, show a status of "Not Found" on CCM2 & CCM3. Everything is working fine. You can make a changes to a Phone on CCM1 and it will appear on CCM2 & CCM3, the Subscibers. But the field of "Status" shows "Not Found". We have done the usual thing, rebooting, looking for Services that are not Started, but have yet to find a solution. Any thoughts?
 
Sounds like after the upgrade or at some other point that your servers were rebooted the subs came up before the publisher.
Plan an outage and reboot your servers after you shut them all down. Start with the publisher then continue with the subscribers.
That will fix your problem.
 
Had the same issue, rebooted the Publisher first, everything regestered to the subscriber, then rebooted the subsriber and all reg back to the publisher.
 
actually my statement is azz backwards. phones should reg to the subsriber and not the publisher.

reboot the sub first (pushes all to pub)
then reboot pub to push everything back to sub.

sorry 'bout that.
 
Thanks guys. We are planning a down time to do this. On a small side note, we have a SRST site about 40 miles away over a T1 with about 30 phones there. Even though they are setup in a Device Group that point them to CC Managers 3 then 2 then 1, they all register to CCM1 the Publisher. It has been that way since a team from our NHQ set this up. I just hope this does not add a monkey wrench to the whole thing.
 
the way you have it setup is your sub is actually the pub, i mean it will work this way. but when you make changes what server do you web into?
