In Publisher 2003 there was a File Locations tab in Publisher Options that allowed me to set the default Open and Save In directories/folders, but I am not seeing this in Publisher 2007. It always defaults to My Documents.
Did MS goof up and forget to include this feature or is it like the rest of the Office Suite, they changed it up so drastically it's like finding a needle in a hay stack?
