Have an end-user that upgraded to Publisher XP (officially called 2002 SP-1). When she flips or rotates a digital photo, it becomes distorted, both the edges of the photo and the contents of the photo. "Straight" photos are ok, clear and crisp. For the most part, the photos look ok on the screen, but distorted/fuzzy when printed. This did not happen with Publisher 2000 going to the same networked copier/printer. I see nothing on the Microsoft knowledge base addressing this. Any ideas?

Thanks.

I answered my own question! In playing around with my digital camera settings, I was able to decrease the image size from 2048x1536 to 1600x1200. This decreased the file size and Publisher XP rotated the new smaller photo on an angle with no distortion. Obviously, Publisher could not handle the large file, but did ok with a smaller version.
