Hi,
My first post.......

Using Publisher 2000 (with Win/XP), I create many, many text frames. For each line in these text frames, my goal is have a few words left justified (i.e., at the left side of frame) and a few words right justified (i.e., at the right side of the frame) with white space in between the 2 text strings.

Currently, for each line, I resort to manually adding spaces betwen the L and R text strings, and adjusting the point size of the added spaces to fully justify the 2 text strings to the L and R edges of the frame. This takes a lot of time. There must be a better way, I hope!

Is there a shortcut/feature to do what I thought would be a simple task? All help and suggestions are appreciated. Thanks.

Dan

Hi,

I'd make separate text frames for each side.

Good suggestion JP.

Left TAB Right TAB, at least it is in MS Word.

It's not quite as simple as it is in Word but it's far from difficult. Adding spaces never works - not in Word, not in Publisher.
