Published server with multiple protocols

OK, so I published a server....and I chose which protocol to apply (server publishing->properties->action->mapped server protocol)

Now, how do I assign multiple protocols to this published server? I can only choose one in the drop down box....so if I choose "web server", how do I also choose "telnet server", or any other protocol?

Do I have to create a client set (with the internal IP of the published server), create a protocol rule, and apply the client set to the protocol rule?
