Published Icon Disspears on Client Side

Recently, we had some users complaining that Published Icon disspears sporadically. We end up creating new application set or sometimes refresh works to restore the icon. I am not sure the root cause for the problem. Please advise

Is the user logging in under a profile on the local machine?

Users profile saved in their workstation.

If another user signs in on the local machine, it will create a published application Icon for them. So when the next user signs in, they have to re-create the connection under their profile. The local profiles are profile specific, therefore, any application sets that you create on the local machine are profile specific.
