Published Desktops

I have 5 Citrix Metframe XP servers in a farm running Windows 2000 Advanced Server. What I would like to do instead of just publishing apps is to publish the desktop by department with just the applications that they would need on it to the users in each department. How would I go about doing this?

Set up a Citrix Desktop group Policy and apply it to the users you want.

Set up a published desktop

Set up start up menu redirection for those servers (With a loopback policy on those servers)

This is actually a pretty large task to get it to work right, make sure to use group policy correctly so users don't have too much access to the server, like actually shutting it down
