I have a user who can launch all his apps through our nfuse page but when he launches his published desktop all the icons on the desktop are frozen. The only solution for him is a reboot of the server.
Any ideas?

Is this _only_ for one user? Try renaming his profile and getting him to log on with a fresh profile.

I hope this helps

I've deleted the users profile and the problem reappears. If I reboot the server it fixes the problem but only short term.

Maybe it's a printer driver issue. Does the user have a local printer that either isn't mapped or is known to not co-operate with Terminal Services (eg HP 1100)?

Another possibility is that it could be a COM port issue - I've seen one case where a user had a modem which was mapped in a login script. One day, the user decided to remove the modem and had huge problems logging on. Once we removed the mapping in the login script, the login problems went away.

Last idea for now - maybe it's a Citrix client issue. Try deleting the Temporary Internet Files folder first, then, if that doesn't work, try re-installing the Citrix client.

A bit piecemeal, I know - but it has to be something to do with the client machine or user account. I'd be quite surprised if it was the client.

Hope this helps
